This year, we’re supporting LonGBoaT Wakefield with our range of railway themed charity items
LonGBoat Wakefield is an LGBT+ charity based in West Yorkshire who support the local community and its allies, creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
Their goal is simple: to help make Wakefield a place where LGBT+ people feel seen, heard, and respected. They bring people together to celebrate the community, share experiences, and support each other.
LonGBoaT Wakefield have also adopted Wakefield Kirkgate Railway Station and work with the community to improve the area through gardening and creative projects.
Here’s how you can help
We launched our ‘all routes lead to love’ campaign last year which raised £250 for mindOUT, a charity working to improve mental health and wellbeing of all LGBTQ communities and to make mental health a community concern.
This year we want to smash that total and raise as much as we can for LonGBoat Wakefield. Our range of charitable items has increased as has the amount donated per item.
