Print, press, pack and post…

Not the most riveting of topics we know, but if you have any queries relating to postage, packaging or delivery you’ll likely find the answer here.

  • Although we might have a large brand presence, it might surprise you to learn that our premises are…..a small back bedroom. During the week, orders are processed in the evening and throughout the day at weekends.

We don’t carry any pre-printed items, so when you place an order, it’s printed, pressed, packed and posted just for you.

We do our best to turn your order around the same day, but sometimes, depending on the item ordered, it might take a little longer.

Delivery falls into the hands of Royal Mail. We’ve tried the others, but got fed up of things going missing almost evri time.

Once dropped at our local post office, you’ll get dispatch information and tracking details so you can see exactly where your retro goodies are.

  • As reasonable as we can possibly make them!

Don’t you just hate it when you’ve bought something, paid postage and realise the amount you’ve paid is way over the amount of the actual postage cost? Well, we do too.

We charge the going rate from Royal Mail (we don’t receive any favourable rates) and add around 50p on for packaging materials.

If you place two consecutive orders, and we’re able to combine them into one package, we’ll refund you the postage and packaging costs of either one of the items - whichever is the cheapest.

  • They’re so green, they’re brown!

We hate plastic and don’t feel we should inflict it on our lovely customers. Where possible, we use packaging that can be recycled at home.

Most items are sent in cardboard boxes, packed with paper straw and sealed with paper tape. Any paperwork is sent on recycled paper.

Where fragile items are sent such as mugs or picture frames, we use paper bubble wrap - sadly no bubbles for you to burst on arrival but it’ll still keep your items safe and sound.

If we have any ‘normal’ bubble wrap that’s received from suppliers, we tend to hang on to that and reuse for those fragile items mentioned above.

We urge all customers to recycle as much packaging as possible.

  • When we attend events at museums, we’ll give advance notice on our website and also social media channels.

This will give you the option, if you’re attending, to buy anything from our store and collect from us on the day.

Please note, items must be purchased through the website before collecting at the relevant event.

No refunds are given on any items that are not collected.

  • Yup, as far away from the UK as you like.

Just bear in mind, you are responsible for paying any tax or duty on any items received - country dependant.

Some postage services available on items in the UK may not be available on items sent abroad.
