Our unique replica PSV badges have proved so popular, we’re rolling the design out to our metal coaster range.
PSV badges were worn by Drivers (red) and Conductors (green) and assisted with identifying them to the public and showed they were licensed to operate or collect fares.
They were phased out in the late 80s/90s meaning that anyone who became a Driver since then wasn’t issued with one (some bus companies did continue the tradition for a few years).
However, you can now get your hands on your very own personalised PSV badge style coaster. Meticulously redrawn from the original, these can be personalised with your traffic area and also role number (a list of traffic areas are shown in the gallery opposite).
Each coaster is 90mm in diameter, made from metal (sourced in the UK) and printed and pressed here in Birmingham. There are four cork pads on the bottom to protect the surface of where they’re placed.
